Capiz is abundant with seafood found on its rich marine fishing ground. Savor the taste of mouth watering, tempting, fresh, safe, yummy, plentiful and cheap seafood, such as oysters or “talaba”, clams, mussel, greenshell or “tahong”,” angel wings or “diwal”, milk-fish or “bangrus”, king crab or “alimango”, blue crab or “kasag”, shrimp or “pasayan”, prawn or “lukon”, squid, tangigue, scallops, seaweeds or “gulaman”, lobster and Lapu-lapu.
Now, Capiz is celebrating the fest that name “sinadya sa halaran festival 2009″ As oes tsetnoc capiznon also I’m proud to witness the development of our culture and tourism.
The Assembly consists of showcasing tourism products, services and facilities, a learning conference to impart relevant frameworks, fundamental tools, systems and innovative ideas for enhancing domestic tourism development and promotion. A number of special events include cultural performances, Search for Tourism Ambassador of Goodwill, and the annual tourism testimonial and awards dinner.
